Life is full of surprises, some of them unpleasant. So it was when one day recently, my toilet began to leak from the base when I flushed. This was very bad. Of course, my landlord was useless, but thankfully these folks were not. Kirk was able to get over quickly and make short work of replacing the wax seal which caused the issue despite the fact that the valve was not working, which meant he was in a race against time essentially. I've had no issues since, and can only speak highly of the great service. If I end up needing plumbing services again, I know who I'll call.

Very pleased with Michael's services! I called him to replace a leaking water heater. Despite having not been his customer before, he responded to my initial e-mail within minutes, and managed to fit the work in the next day, at a price I was happy with. The installation was done well and the area left nice and clean. My water is hot and my boiler room dry -- just the way I like it. He even did something to a sticky door he encountered that made it work better, without being asked. I'd definitely use him again.

I had a problem that came up over the weekend, when a lot of plumbers aren't available, and i didn't want to leave it.

This was my first time using Olsi. He knew right away what the problem was, and came that day. He charged me exactly what he quoted me, showed up exactly when he said he was going to show up, and was able to fix the problem quickly. My problem was solved within 3 hours of me seeing his name on yelp for the first time.

Would 100% use his services again and would recommend to anyone in the area who needs a plumber.

I highly recommend Marcel.  He was very responsive to all communications to set up the appointment.  He ran into a variety of unexpected challenges in the job I asked him to do because of sloppy work done by previous plumbers who had worked on my kitchen sink.  He was very patient throughout his efforts to work with these challenges and determined to get the job done right this time.  He did not charge me additional fees despite the fact that he needed to stay on the job much longer than he was expecting. And that fee was a reasonable fee in the first place.

We gutted and completely remodeled a bathroom. He recommended a better way to do our plumbing to give as a functional and more upscale look. We LOVE the final product. Woke up to a bad leak at 5am. Called about a dozen plumbers and Bullseye Mechanical was the only one that responded. Joshua answered the call and arrived in around 30 min. He almost immediately found the source of the leak in my neighbor's upstairs apartment. They charged a fair rate for emergency service.

Had an issue where water was overflowing from the toilet and tub, called JP late night, came by within an hour and fixed my issues.

Sergey was the utmost professional contractor. He was responsive and was fully detailed on our project. We had a bathroom change that needed to be done and he made sure the project had everything needed. We did have project changes that occurred and he was very accomodating. I wouldn't hesitate to refer or use his services again.

Used for 2 projects, one for leaky sink and another for leaky sink and clogged drain.   He is very respectable person who gets the job done right and fast.  I would call again for any future plumbing issue.

I had a project to do in my backyard and had no luck finding anyone on Staten island to take it. It was something I needed done right away. I called them and even though they are in Brooklyn they still took the job and we're fantastic.

We had an issue with our switch in the bathroom. It should operate the ceiling light but instead, it shorts the circuit whenever we try to turn it on. So we reached out via Yelp and then text, and scheduling was super easy. They were super responsive and were able to come within the next two days. They gave us a time frame between 9 and 10 and came on time. It took them about an hour from start to finish to figure out and fix the problem (turns out we also need a brand new light).

They followed Covid protocols by wearing a mask (much appreciated!) and they also took off their shoes before entering the apartment (also appreciated!). Pricing was also cheaper than a few other quotes we received. Would definitely reach out again if we ever need their services again.

Did not use them because i needed work done immediately but they were very responsive to my questions. Was able to get quote based on pictures i sent. Give them a chance to earn your business.

We had a leak from the bathtub leaking to the lower floor. I called Peral piping on a Saturday morning, they were responsive and they came that same day evening. They cut in the ceiling downstairs and figured the water was coming out from the mixer of the tub when the shower was on. They put silicon around the mixer and charged me $250 for about an hour of work.
Next day there was still water leaking when shower was on (same problem). I called and they said they will charge another $175 to come and take a look as it could be a different leak. Anyway, I hired another plumber and we figured the water was leaking from the tub itself below the mixer. They put silicon all around the tub and fixed the issue.
To be fair, the water might have been leaking from both locations but I expect if I'm paying $250/hour that at least they come to look at the same issue I called for in the first place free of charge. And it would have made sense to put silicon around the whole tub as well the first time to ensure no leaks somewhere else.
